The AAMC designation requires an advanced level of training and continuing education for our managers and staff while upholding CAI’s stringent Code of Ethics along with a specific level of insurance coverage. IMC Charleston and IMC Resort Services make up two of only ten total AAMC accredited management companies in the entire state of South Carolina.
