Chris is from Western Massachusetts about 30 minutes north of Hartford. He graduated from North Adams State College in 1990 with a bachelor of science in Accounting. Chris began his career in association management in 2002 when he joined a national company in Myrtle Beach, SC, which managed 180 communities. He served as controller and director of association financials. In this capacity he oversaw a staff of 10 in the production of 180 communities financials, assuring that all reporting was in GAAP. He created numerous internal procedures to protect the integrity of the reporting system. His role was expanded into manager training and presenting seminars for board of directors in relation to duties, responsibilities and obligations as well as financials. With close to 30 years of experience in managing employees and financial reporting Chris brings a wealth of knowledge with him.
