A capital contribution of $500.00 is charged at closing for all home sales. This contribution is allocated to the Reserve Fund.

A private pool is located within the community and maintained by Marsh Pointe Owners Association for its homeowners and guests. Please contact IMC Charleston with any questions or concerns regarding access.
