Welcome to The Lakes Townhomes...

​The Lakes Townhomes, more commonly called The Lakes of Summerville Townhomes by the Association's homeowners, is located in Charleston and Dorchester Counties. The community is a sub-association of The Lakes Master and has use of all of the Master Associations's amenities which includes a pool and amenities center.  The dues for the community are used to pay for the vast majority of exterior maintenance of the homes and lots.
