Windee has been a portfolio manager for ten years managing properties throughout the Lowcountry. Windee has her CMCA (Certified Manager for Community Associations) designation, AMS (Association Management Specialist) designation and experience with all facets of community management. Windee was born and raised in Georgia and is an avid Bulldog fan. She moved to Charleston for the history, beach, and sea turtles. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Information Systems. She also holds a master’s degree in Educational Technology.
