Brian is born in Brooklyn, New York and lived for over thirty years in Bucks County, PA before moving to Charleston three years ago with his wife Debbie.  He has a background in IT, HR, Finance and Property Management.  He graduated from NYU with a BA and earned an MBA in Computer Information Systems from Pace University.

Brian was vice president and IT manager for JP Morgan Chase and was accountable for the day-to-day delivery of IT products, telecom billing, wireless and business development.  He moved on from this to manage, sell and implement IT Financial Management Suite software to Fortune 500 and Government customers. Having been on an HOA board for 5 years he went to work in the property management field for nearly 7 years.

Brian enjoys the arts in Charleston with his wife Debbie, spending time with his three children and six grandchildren.  He is a golf and sports enthusiast and is very active volunteering in his church and with Knights of Columbus.
