IMC Charleston provides for a manager to be on call after business hours.  If you have an after hours emergency (Monday through Friday, before 8:30 a.m. and after 4:30 p.m., during a holiday or on a weekend), please call 843-422-3380.  Follow the instructions in the outgoing message. Please do not call your manager directly in an emergency situation as they may not respond as quickly as the on call manager does.

Please be aware, if your call is not of an emergency nature (question about your account, request for property information, parking request, unable to access an amenity, etc.) please refrain from calling the manager on call.  You may leave a message in the general voice mail and your call will be returned during the next business day.
