Jeanene Fernett
Association Manager
Jeanene Fernett is an Association Manager who was born and
raised in Charleston, South Carolina. With deep roots in the Lowcountry, Jeanene brings extensive Management knowledge and a strong understanding of the local community to her role at IMC Charleston. Jeanene began her career in property management in 1998 and obtained her Property Management license in 2001. Throughout her career, she has gained valuable experience managing a variety of properties, including apartment communities, residential homes, and manufactured housing. Her diverse background has allowed her to develop a well-rounded understanding of property management and the importance of providing dependable, responsive service to residents, homeowners, and
communities. Jeanene takes pride in building positive relationships and helping the communities she manages operate smoothly and effectively. As an Association Manager with IMC Charleston, she continues to expand her knowledge and is currently working toward earning her Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) certification through the Community Associations Institute (CAI). Outside of work, Jeanene enjoys spending quality time with her grandchildren and traveling. She values the opportunity to explore new places, create lasting memories with her family, and enjoy all that life has to offer.
