Tiffanie Murphy is a Louisiana native originally from Monroe who relocated to Bluffton, South Carolina, in 2012 before making Charleston her home in 2025. With over twenty years of experience in the mortgage industry, Tiffanie brings a strong foundation in client service, attention to detail, and relationship-driven work to her new career in property management.

A proud mother of three grown children and grandmother to two, Tiffanie values connection both professionally and personally. She has a natural ability to build rapport, prides herself on never meeting a stranger, and believes laughter is one of the best ways to bring people together.

Outside of work, Tiffanie enjoys traveling, discovering great food, spending time with friends, and listening to good music. Her positive energy, approachable personality, and dedication to people make her a welcome presence on our team.
