Derrika (Dee) Singleton is originally from the Washington DC area and moved to the lowcountry with her family back in 2008. Dee began her professional career as a Property Manager working for a local Apartment Association. Previous to working at IMC Charleston, Dee worked as an assistant regional director for a company outside of Greenville, SC. She moved back to the Washington DC area in 2015, and soon realized that she was spoiled to the southern weather and decided to come back to the Lowcountry in 2017. Dee attended school at the College of Baltimore City and received her Property Manager's licensing from Trident Technical College. Dee is a licensed PM as well as carries a license for Mobile Homes and sales. Dee is currently working towards earning her Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designation through the Community Association Institute. During her free time, Dee enjoys football (Steelers Fan) and cooking. Dee is the mother of two young ladies, one who attends Winthrop University and is majoring in Business Administration. The younger of the two keeps Dee on her toes and is in Middle School. Dee also is a fan of animals- with two cats named Linda and Nora and a squirrel named Beemo Squish.
