Insurance Information

If you need proof of flood, property, wind or liability insurance for a lender or closing, please contact State Farm to request a Certificate of Coverage via email at: scott.walker.mdgw@statefarm.com or call (843)-388-6965. 

Please provide the property address, lender name and the lender's mailing address and fax/email.

There is a small fee for credit card payments, but E-Check payments are free!
