Welcome to the Hidden River on the Ashley Homeowner’s Association.  The association Board of Directors consists of seven members, which are voted on and rotate based on 1 or 2 year terms.  The board meets monthly to discuss business and address any concerns of the Association. Each homeowner in Hidden River is a member of the association, which is governed by Covenants and ByLaws.  If you do not have a copy of the Covenants or ByLaws, you may purchase a copy from the management office for $25.00 or they can be emailed to you at your request.

 

The Board hosts an annual meeting during which the annual budget is reviewed and Board members are elected.  If you cannot attend, a proxy vote is sent with meeting notices.
