Welcome to the Hidden River on the Ashley Homeowner’s Association.  The association Board of Directors consists of seven members, which are voted on and rotate based on 1 or 2 year terms.  The board meets monthly to discuss business and address any concerns of the Association. Each homeowner in Hidden River is a member of the association, which is governed by Covenants and Bylaws.  If you do not have a copy of the Covenants or Bylaws, you may purchase a copy from the management office for $25.00 or they can be emailed to you at your request.

 

The Board hosts an annual meeting during which the annual budget is reviewed and Board members are elected.  If you cannot attend, a proxy vote is sent with meeting notices.

Owners can register for our MGC Homeowner Portal to access your community budget, minutes, and much more.​​​​

For any changes/modifications to the exterior of your home you will need to submit an ARB application.

​

A pool fob is $50.00 (Payments can only be made with either a check or money order). Each home is allotted one card and it should be made payable to Park Recreation Development. Homeowners can either mail their payment or come down to the local IMC Charleston Office at 1 Carriage Lane Suite C, Charleston, SC 29407.
