McKewn is located in Ladson, South Carolina and is also near Wescott where there are shopping centers and other activities. In McKewn there are walking trails, playgrounds, a pool, and a neighborhood clubhouse.

Owners can register for our MGC Homeowner Portal to access your community budget, minutes, and much more.​​​​

For any changes/modifications to the exterior of your home you will need to submit an ARB application.

A pool card is $50.00 (Payments can only be made with either a check or money order). Each home is allotted two cards and it should be made payable to McKewn Plantation North. Homeowners can either mail their payment to the local IMC Charleston Office at 1 Carriage Lane Suite C, Charleston, SC 29407. After the payment for the card is made you can email the HOA Board to receive the card(s).

There is a small fee for credit card payments, but E-Check payments are free!
