McKewn is located in Ladson, South Carolina and is also near Wescott where there are shopping centers and other activities. In McKewn there are walking trails, playgrounds, a pool, and a neighborhood clubhouse. If you are a homeowner in Old McKewn, you can also buy into the amenities. For more information on buying into the amenities, homeowners can reach out to the manager.​

For any changes/modifications to the exterior of your home you will need to submit an ARB application.

A pool card is $20.00 (Payments can only be made with either a check or money order). Each home is allotted two cards and it should be made payable to McKewn Plantation North. Homeowners can either mail their payment or come down to the local IMC Charleston Office at 1 Carriage Lane Suite C, Charleston, SC 29407.
