Rena Bennett grew up on a  farm in the Midwest, where she first discovered her passion for Saddlebreds and Arabians. From a young age, she honed her skills in training foals through to five-year-olds. Her involvement as a 4-H and FFA officer laid a strong foundation for her commitment to community service.

A Navy veteran, Rena and her husband—her fellow sailor—dropped anchor in the Lowcountry in 2006. Over the years, she balanced raising a family with diverse work experiences in real estate, bookkeeping, physical security, and barista.

Rena has earned several certifications, including SLED Security Officer, OSHA 10 General Industry, CPR, AED, and First Aid. She joined the IMC team at the end of July and is currently pursuing her M100 credentials.
