Kathy Merritt

Kathy is a licensed Broker with over 25 years' experience in residential communities. She has enjoyed working with developers, builders, HOAs and homeowners. Kathy is involved in her neighborhood and is the founder of Wescott Plantations Next Door website. Before joining IMC, Kathy successfully experienced positions as an Award Winning Regional Manager overseeing seven properties with over 2500 apartments. Kathy was also a Director of Sales, General Manager and had Area Manager positions.
