Welcome to the Highlands of Legend Oaks...

Nestled along the tenth fairway of the beautiful Legend Oaks Plantation golf course are the condominiums of The Highlands.  Serene green vistas are found on this 18 hole golf course designed by Pete Dye associate, Scott Poole.  Located off one of the most scenic highways in America, which is home to several of Charleston's famed gardens, Legend Oaks features a golf course framed by ancient oaks draped with Spanish moss.  The Highlands offers the only condominiums available at Legend Oaks.

The Highlands of Legend Oaks Property Owners Association, Inc. owners are billed $375 per month.  Garage unit owners pay an extra $55.00 per month.  The Highlands owners pay an annual assessment to the Legend Oaks Community Association (HOA I).  New owners must pay a one-time Capital Contribution Fee equal to 2 months of the assessments.
