Hobcaw Creek Plantation is a residential waterfront community located near the intersection of scenic Longpoint Road and I-526, convenient to local shopping, restaurants, and the beach communities of Isle of Palms and Sullivan's Island. Established in 1988, the 257 homes in Hobcaw Creek vary in size from 2200 to 5750 square feet. It has access to one of the best amenity centers East of the Cooper River, including a community boat landing and dock, swimming pool, tennis courts, playground, and clubhouse.

For any changes/modifications to the exterior of your home you will need to submit an ARB application.​

A pool fob is $30.00 (Payments can only be made with either a check or money order). Check/money orders should be made payable to Hobcaw Creek Plantation. Homeowners can either mail their payment or come down to the local IMC Charleston office at 1 Carriage Lane Suite C, Charleston SC 29407.
